This hotel is OUTSTANDING. I couldn't believe the reviews and when I got here I was truly surprised. They do have some construction in the front as they are creating a really nice lobby check in area. Currently check in is very small area. There is also a shuttle to/from the airport. Plenty of parking on both sides of the building. Pool/ spa area was nice and in a separate building Charging for your Tesla - type 2, also other brand charges but I didn't see which. The staff is friendly and helpful with anything you might need. I would very much like to stay here again when I am in the area.I prefer a Marriott type hotel but I would stay in this hotel over all of those "brand names." I highly recommend this hotel.

Very solid hotel option in Cedar City. Excellent complimentary breakfast with options that is fresh and includes hot breakfast including biscuits and gravy, real scrambled eggs (not pre warmed patties), bacon, sausage, etc. The rooms are fairly standard but clean and well kept and also rooms are located from outside entry (as opposed to internal (inside hallway) entry, but it's very quiet and in a very safe community. Friendly and helpful staff and the on site laundry worked well and was very clean. Definitely recommended.

This hotel was such a wonderful stay for my children and I. The check in staff were friendly, it was easy, the room was clean and very nice, the pool and hot tub area were well maintained and nice, the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature, the rooms were insulated so we never heard noise from our neighbours, the breakfast house offered a variety of foods! We just had a great time and felt very safe.

Excellent hotel and affordable. The staff (Sarah) was extremely nice, helpful when rebooking dates and also provided a call to verify our booking. Renovations to the front of the building for a new breakfast area had no inconvenient effect on our stay and we look forward to its completion. Support local companies and avoid the corporate takeover of America!

Super surprised at the elegance and cleanliness! The staff was so helpful and kind! We splurged for a suite because they said it had a two person bath and BOY HOWDY. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! Bath was massive. Also the shower was massive! And the decor was very rich and classy.

The Abbey Inn is currently undergoing renovations, but the staff has clearly done everything possible to keep it feeling quaint, welcoming, and very clean throughout the process. When making our reservation, we mentioned that our daughter’s birthday would be the morning we checked out. Sure enough, when we arrived in the room, they had left her the sweetest surprise, including a candy bar treat and a birthday card signed by several of the ladies on staff wishing her a happy birthday. She was absolutely elated by the kindness and personalization, especially coming from people who had never even met her. The staff throughout our stay was wonderful, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially when traveling with kids. They offered eggs, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, and more. I also requested almond milk since we don’t drink dairy, and they happily had it available. Overall, it was such a lovely and quaint stop on our way north to Salt Lake City. The indoor pool was also excellent, with plenty of seating space for families, which made it especially fun and convenient for the kids.

Had a fabulous stay at the Abbey Inn! Service is exceptional - every employee was smiling, attentive, and friendly. Room was very clean, quiet, beds and pillows comfortable, plenty of towels and other amenities (like an iron and full ironing board, plenty of hangers, fridge, microwave, extra charging ports on nightstand and desk), and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was excellent - better than most hot breakfasts at big chain hotels, with lots of good choices: fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bagels, etc. And it was constantly being refreshed and cleaned. Currently renovating/adding on, but there was no interruption to our stay. Great location close to the freeway, several food options nearby. (If you like Mexican food, try Rita’s next door. Open 24hrs, and it’s fantastic!) We met someone at breakfast who said she stays there 3-4 times per year, and we can see why she consistently returns. We will 100% choose to stay again any time we are in the area.
